We are in search of an amazing Sales Representative at G&G Electric

G&G Electric is growing—and we’re looking for a high-performing, tech-savvy Sales Representative to help lead that charge. This is a new position, designed for someone who’s ready to take initiative, open new doors, and directly contribute to expanding our footprint beyond the West Fort Worth area.

Primary Responsibilities:

Generate new business through outbound efforts and local networking

Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, property managers, homeowners, and developers

Understand client needs and present the right electrical solutions

Drive revenue by closing service and construction projects

Manage your pipeline in our CRM and keep records up to date

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals

Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth handoff and project execution

Regular Tasks

Make outbound calls and send emails to qualified leads

Schedule and conduct 1-on-1 appointments with prospects

Attend networking events, local meetups, and industry functions to generate leads

Follow up on quotes, proposals, and open opportunities

Log all sales activities, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM

Coordinate with and help marketing, lead generation and campaign follow-ups

Report weekly on sales performance, pipeline activity, and forecasts
